22.01.2022 Just in time for afternoon tea We're currently working on a very special project with SA food personality Rosa Matto and the very talented Italo Vardaro. Starring members of the Bene community, Rosa's words and Italo's images bring to life the joy in ageing, with an exhibition to be presented at the Migration Museum early next year. Thanks SALIFE magazine for the write up!

13.01.2022 A BIG THANK YOU to our incredible Bene team! The Board and Management of Bene would like to take this opportunity to applaud the commitment, compassion and care with which our dedicated staff and volunteers support the older members of our community to live better. Well done to our Community Services team for their quick adaptation to working remotely and remaining focused on what they can do to improve the lives of our consumers. Particularly noteworthy is the increased con...tact with our vulnerable consumers throughout the COVID-19 shutdown. And thank you to our Residential Care team for their tremendous efforts in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment in the face of a pandemic and for taking the extra time and care to ensure the continued wellbeing of our residents. Testament to this has been the overwhelmingly positive response from their families. Working in aged care certainly has its challenges, but it is a noble profession that brings joy to a generation well deserving of our care. Ant those that have made it their profession are truly deserving of our recognition. Share a special shout out to our Bene heroes in the comments below. #ThanksforCaring
