10.01.2022 Hi everyone Just a quick Covid update for you. Unfortunately, with the current increase in cases again in Victoria, I have made the decision to delay the restart of our studio for a further month until hopefully things have started to settle down again. I know this will be disappointing to a lot of people but it is in the best interests of all involved to keep everyone safe and well. I will reschedule timetable to Zoom classes and aim to reopen Mon 3rd August. Stay safe Lou x

09.01.2022 Hi all, Over the past few months I have been able to coach my clients and keep them fit via ZOOM and with the latest in Covid restrictions I have had to commit to the challenge being online for term 4. Gyms have no date on reopening so I must move forward based on current restrictions. Whilst, it isnt what I wished for we at least have the ability to keep moving. My intention is to resume classes face to face as soon as permitted but until then we zooming. And the challenge ...will stay online. The challenge will be 8 weeks and run straight through from October 5th until 27th November. The challenge will run Melbourne Cup day because Zoom is mobile and you can do it anywhere. In regards to payment, it will be $160 for the 8 weeks and INCLUDES all classes from Mon 21st September until January 31st 2021. The only change will be once I can teach BODYPUMP and RPM face to face that will be a $5 charge unless you are zooming in. I hope this all makes sense. Lol I would like to thank those of you that have kept my business afloat and me sane. Your support had been truly amazing. If you have yet to join the Benefit for You Community, now is the time. It doesn't matter where you live when you are ZOOMING. Ooohh I forgot the prizes 3 x $50 class passes 1. Most improved fitness 2. Most consistent class attendance 3. Coaches award X

07.01.2022 Term 2 is a 6 week challenge and will be running Mon 26th April until June 5th. Cost is $100, includes all classes EXCEPT LES MILLS which will be $5 rather than $10. The extra for Les Mills is to cover my licensing fees. Session days and time are: Tues 9:15am: face to face or zoom Wed 6pm : face to face or zoom... Sat 8:30am: Zoom only. You can move between sessions to suit your lifestyle. Please let me know if you are keen to rejoin Lou x
