My plan at the start of the year was to take a step back from training and competing and I actually stuck to my guns and refrained from competing or over training like the last 3 years( my body has got stronger and has thanked me immensely) Bring on 2014!!! We have 5 spots left for group training Perfection Group Fitness Training just thought I would put it out there as chatting to a few crew over the weeks they have said they were keen..We were at capacity in Jan this year so to be near capacity in early October is fantastic! Once we are full though David Craggs and myself wont take anybody until people leave..
