23.01.2022 Thanks to Jason Duggan, Margaret River Rural Contractors for removing old concrete and removing and leveling pad ready for me to start installing subfloor.

21.01.2022 Sanding, the devil is always in the detail!

20.01.2022 Renovation coming together. Removed doorway, had to straighten walls for new kitchen cabinets. Cavity sliders installed. Framed up for ensuite. All White ant damaged gyprock and timber removed and replaced.

20.01.2022 Rough sawn Jarrah verandah going up with Jarrah bushpoles.

19.01.2022 Garage conversion. I laid the tiles in the bathroom. Installed Wet Wall on the walls and fitted the shower screen.

19.01.2022 Stable conversion. Insulation installed, gyprock fixed and first coat going on.

17.01.2022 Colourbond Maxirib sheets installation on ceilings.

16.01.2022 New build roof on ready for tin on Monday. Ceilings battens installed.

16.01.2022 Stable conversion, monument tin cladding installed thanks to Declan and Chris giving me a hand. Jarrah barge boards installed.

15.01.2022 It's amazing how much difference it makes installing a Velux skylight!

14.01.2022 Stable conversion. Permi Floor aircell installed and flooring laid.

14.01.2022 Stable conversion framed and wrapped. Ready to install windows and door jambs. Reinstall old Jarrah weatherboards.

14.01.2022 Garage conversion. Blackbut flooring laid thanks to Rob Pursuer Cowaramup flooring. Extending the verandah.

14.01.2022 New build finished the Gyprock fix and flush. With shadow line (P50) detail on the ceilings. Flushed to floor and doorways so minimal skirt and arc's can be installed.

13.01.2022 Sanding Sunday! Two jobs finished. Kitchen extension in Prevally and inclosed verandah renovation in Gnarabup.

12.01.2022 Old wrought iron gates framed up and installed as screens.

12.01.2022 Fitting Velux skylight. Framed up, gyprock fixed beaded and first coat on.

12.01.2022 Day 1 of new build in town. Frame's going up with Aaron Cockman and Travis Cockman.

10.01.2022 Removed double sliding doors to master bedroom. Framing up, gyprock fix and flush to rendered wall's. So new custom Barndoor external sliding door made by Jeremy King Blue Tree Design to be hung.

07.01.2022 Today installed all the Weathertex Eve sheets with negative detail. And started on the wall sheets.

06.01.2022 Today's mission. Removed old Ali sliding doors and replaced with new double glazed sliding door and fixed widow with awning windows.

05.01.2022 Stable conversion. Reinstalling old Jarrah weatherboards.

04.01.2022 Installation of Jarrah deck with Aaron Cockman @Oliobello. Finish off in morning.

03.01.2022 Stable conversion. Subfloor completed and stirrups concreted in.

02.01.2022 Garage conversion into granny flat completed. Thanks to Nathan Cameron and the boys from Margaret River Margaret River Cowaramup Electrical Service EC742 Ag59677 for the sparky work.
