As per AS:3000 2018 Wiring Rules, RCDs with a maximum rated residual current of 30 mA are now required for all final sub-circuits in domestic and residential installations. A memory function has been added, whereby if the alarm has been triggered, a flashing red LED stays on for up to 72 hours for easy identification. The mounting bases and power switches are now more robust, also.... Smokie change dates are now on the outside of the alarm for easy visibility!
