Tigers batsman Mehedi hit a huge 6 on the last ball to seal the victory by 2 wickets.... Match summary: VB won the toss and batted first. VB: 246/4 in 35 overs. 21.01.2022 #Match_5 #winter_warehouse_2020 What a run chase by #BTCC to grab their 2nd win in a row! It was a dominating 291 run chase by BTCC to win against the mighty table topper Macgregor Hawks by 7 wickets within 40 overs.... In the 1st innings, Hawks were cruising and looking for a mammoth score over 300. After 34 overs their score was 221 for 1 wicket. But thanks to late tight wicket taking spells from Tiger bowlers especially from Ulil and Asif to restrict them to 291. In 2nd innings, Luke Water stared the run chase with a match winning century. He was there from the beginning, unbeaten and finished the game in style. Also, thanks to Imran, Ulil, Asif and Shayans quick fiery innings which ultimately made the run chase easy and helped BTCC to win the match in 39.2 overs. Score details attached.
