I my...self have a very High Good Fats diet with Very Little Carbs when I’m focusing on training or competition preparation. With so many fad exercise routines and gyms opening up all the time it can sometimes be hard to work out what to do and where to focus our sometimes very little spare time to exercise. 21.01.2022 I have been a long supporter of industries, companies, clubs and individuals that support our veterans, current serving and first responder personnel . Over the... last few weeks I have had several veterans walking through my door and on to the mat . Some for the first time and some wanting to continue there training that they may have already started . Either way they all have the same drive utilizing that special effect that practicing and learning Jiu-Jitsu gives us . My mat is always there for anyone who needs it and I will always look after veterans where I can through the practice of Jiu-Jitsu .
