25.01.2022 It's been a real team effort here as our owner is living in Melbourne, so all of our communication has been remote. We helped exit the tenant from the property and brought in our makeover team to prepare the home for sale. 20.01.2022 I met these lovely owners a couple of years ago when they were looking to purchase.
