22.01.2022 It’s been nice over isolation to get back to the stem of it all and shoot some film! About to pull the pin on a Nikonos and get back into the water too! Exciting times ahead!

21.01.2022 I am a white man, raised by white people, living in mostly white communities. I have lived a privileged life that I do not deserve and that I am certain I have taken for granted. I can try to remotely fathom the heartbreak, the rage, the injustice as a white person, but realize it’s impossible for me to think I understand. But I still demand justice. I will still listen. I think about George (and countless others) and I _do_ feel rage. I _am_ heartbroken. I second guess "spea...king up" because my voice feels insignificant and I wonder if I even have the words. To react to those insecurities with silence is the same as being silenced. Sure, I don't have words. Many don't! This isn't about me. But what I can do, will do, promise to do, is to never forget, to never stop educating myself, to never stop being present, and to never be silent.
