24.01.2022 I have the best sponsors Thanks a heap to Schill auto parts for all the bits and pieces to get the X-Trail healthy again so I can get the bikes to the track. Very very important to have a reliable bus to get the bikes there safely so it means a lot, cheers!!

24.01.2022 Some top quality merch on some top quality people Proud to be apart of the The Grinning Dingo Australia crew!!

24.01.2022 I’m a few days late with this post but Levi’s On Track Rider Training was a heap of fun last weekend. Good reason to go out and test the new bikes too. We ran old tyres all weekend and lap times looked decent considering. A few more suspension changes and brand new tyres and both bikes should be really good. Impressed with both of them and how easy they are to ride. Thanks to everyone who attended and also to the the coaches Levi Day, Josh Waters, Ty Lynch and Struggie Ninety...nine for all the help and advice. Can’t wait for round 1 in a couple weekends. Hopefully bike setup on practice day goes well so we can push them in the races Thanks again to AVRPhotography for the great pics and to my sponsors Lee's Spot on Motorcycles Schill Auto Parts The Grinning Dingo Australia Motionlogics SA for all your help. Hope this year’s racing is as fun as last year

24.01.2022 It wasn’t quite the weekend I planned for the first round of SA and VIC titles. After horrible weather on Friday, putting in a time of 2:06.2 on a patchy track, the CBR was feeling alright even on Mac Park suspension settings. Took the ER6 out for a spin which was a good laugh but no timer on. Saturday morning came and supersport was first to qualify. Dunlop wets felt really good on the first lap out, then I got to the end of the main straight and broke like I was in the dry.... The front end folded, I recovered it briefly and then it went again, sending me into the grass and into the wall at a fair pace.. Not the best start to the season not being able to ride all weekend and a bit injured but oh well, more riding to come this year!! Thanks to Amy and my Dad for getting me home yesterday and thank to my sponsors for the support through the great times and the not so good ones, it means a lot. Glad I got to pick up my 2nd place trophy for last year’s supersport season though, worked hard with the Trumpy to get that one.. Webb Plastics always does a brilliant job on these and helps out the race community so much. Lee's Spot on Motorcycles The Grinning Dingo Australia Schill Auto Parts Motionlogics SA See more

23.01.2022 Not road racing but it’s bloody good fitness and a whole lot of fun. Great fun out on the Husky this evening running the new helmet from Lee's Spot on Motorcycles. Sweating my butt off and making Mal Ryan work for it on his KX450F .. should do this more often. The 250 two strokes still have plenty of poke with a few trick bits!!

23.01.2022 You guys like pretty bikes??.. check out what Barossa Signs has just done.

20.01.2022 What a season!! This was the second state title race season I’ve contested in and the first one I’ve made it to every round, plus a round of ASBK. It’s been a really fun year, I’ve made so many new friends and memories, which is what it’s all about, but the results overall were the icing on the cake. The last round on the weekend was hard work with the poor Triumph having a fair few issues which held back our chances massively, so the plan was to bring it back in one piece to... keep points for the championship. I was pushing so hard on the brakes and into corners to make up the time but it wasn’t enough, being 4-5 second off my usual pace. At the end of the season I ended up finishing second in the state championship, which looking back I’m happy with considering how much quicker the 4cyl bikes are in comparison to the triple. Grabbed some trophies this year and can’t wait to get the second place 2019 championship trophy at the start of next year. Being the first of the losers still feels good knowing how hard I’ve had to ride this year to keep up with the other bikes. Also a big thanks to Barossa Signs for coming on board and providing some brilliant signage, can’t wait to deck out the next race bike and van with all their quality graphics!! Thank you so much to my sponsors Lee's Spot on Motorcycles Schill Auto Parts The Grinning Dingo Australia Motionlogics SA for all the help this year, you’re all brilliant people with a love for racing and there should be more people like you. Thanks to all my racing friends and also my family for the support this year, there’s been so many of you, you know who you are .. thanks to anyone reading this who has got to the end, it’s quite an essay!! Can’t wait for next year and on a new bike, although I’ll miss my orange baby, it’s done me well this season. More photos to come!! See more

20.01.2022 Very VERY lucky to have this service in the Riverland. Saved my butt a few times that’s for sure!! Hit up C & C Cycles Riverland for all your bicycling needs

18.01.2022 Finally some racing!! Had a brilliant weekend at Mac Park for state titles. Nice to end the racing year on a high after a terrible start and then a big lull. Raced supersport and limited over the weekend with a pole position qualifying on the ER6 and 4th on the CBR600. With no wet tyres for the CBR, I only raced in heat two with a comfortable 4th place finish, but focussed on limited as it was the first time out racing in the class. Won the first two races, placed third in a ...wet race 3 and another win in the last leg. Would have been nice to have more than 65-70hp, slipper clutch and some more suspension but it was a heap of fun and gave me a good base to work off of for future racing. Some fun battles and a fairly comfortable overall win. Happy to take the overall class win for the weekend and second in state championships!! Alice did an awesome job with her first ever race weekend and first time seeing the track, very proud of her race craft (mental passing!!) and her lap times. Thanks as always to my incredible sponsors who help make this possible, Lee's Spot on Motorcycles Barossa Signs Motionlogics SA The Grinning Dingo Australia schillautopartswaikerie. Thanks to all the photographers, flaggies, organisers and spectators for being what us riders need to do what we love and to capture the action, it’s always so appreciated!! Special shoutout to Libero Belletti for spannering last minute and being a best mate. Also dedicating the win to Tim Donnon, wish ya could have been there as our battles are always fun and you’re a laugh to be around, miss ya. See more

17.01.2022 MOTO GP PHILLIP ISLAND 2017 and Broc Parkes ran The Grinning Dingo on the Monster Energy Yamaha

16.01.2022 Really glad to have Barossa Signs helping out at the end of this year and into the 2020 race season with graphics and signage. Can’t wait to deck the new race bike out once we take delivery of it and let’s hope my racing is as good as their signage looks .. Businesses like this are a massive help in our racing efforts because it’s not a cheap sport by any means, so it’s good to support them back. Happy days

12.01.2022 Hi all, parting out my 2007 model 675, with a 2010 engine. Still a lot of parts available, everything bar the ducktail fairing, Brembo M/C, rearsets and quicksh...ifter. Wheels also possibly sold, will confirm this soon. Spare rear wheel with disc and sprocket carrier with cush rubbers available!! Has an STM slipper clutch that’s just done one season since new, Ktech 25SSK fork internals and 35DDS shock both with springs to suit 85kg-ish rider (1.0kg/mm from memory). Motoholders subframe and fairing stay, Arrow’s Genuine Triumph race parts titanium full system, plenty of other good bits and pieces on it too. Had some cooling issues at the last meet of the year but engine is still fine, no damage. This bike was absolutely brilliant to race on, the setup is a pleasure to ride and it took me to second place in SA’s 2019 state championship. Only downfall is lack of top end power compared to the 4cyl bikes as us triple riders are very aware of!! Cheers for reading

11.01.2022 Back at ASBK - Australian Superbikes weekend at The Bend Motorsport Park. Thanks The Grinning Dingo Australia, Marcus you are a proper top bloke. Loving this photo and glad to be a part of all of this.. what a season!!

10.01.2022 A top day out at Mallala for a ride day, great weather and the track was in good condition too. Trying out the rebuilt Ohlins rear shock and heavier spring and loving the results!! Also tried a Dunlop rear out and enjoyed it, but the setup definitely favoured the supercorsa. Only did the 3 morning sessions, fitting the Pirelli on the third one. It changed the bike again for the better and managed to put in a 1:12.6, so a new PB and feeling far from the limit. Can’t wait to ge...t out there again on this setup and fine tune it!! In the last few sessions there was some oil on the track, so I conserved the bike in the trailer because crashing is expensive Thanks a whole bunch to Hoey Suspesion Services for sorting the shock at the last minute, it’s massively appreciated and helped sooo much!! Thanks to a brilliant bunch of friends for making the day what it was and being the best supports ever, I’m pretty lucky And always Lee's Spot on Motorcycles Barossa Signs Motionlogics The Grinning Dingo Australia @schillautopartswaikerie for helping me get to the track and do what I love. Also a bit of love from Libero Belletti who put in a new PB too, well done my man!! See more

08.01.2022 BIG NEWS for 2020 Our Championship dates for 2020 are now finalised, so you can start booking in leave, accommodation and working around these dates. BUT......the big news is that our Round 1 has moved from Winton to The Bend Motorsport Park!! The Preston Motorcycle Club Inc has been working very hard over the past months to make this exciting new event possible. In collaboration with Cafnix our Victorian State Title Round 1 will be combined with the South Australian Round 1 to be held at The Bend Motorsport Park on the weekend of February 1st and 2nd (with a Friday practice also scheduled). South Australian racers will also join us for our Phillip Island round in August as part of their state title. This change may not suit everyone, but unfortunately our series could no longer afford the Winton price increases without significant financial losses. This new collaboration and partnership means we are able to add a 2nd FIM world class circuit to our series, and if a success in 2020 will be continue for years to come. We are in the process of finalising the Supp Regs and 3 day schedule, as I am sure many of you will have further questions. Look out for additional details in the coming weeks and FB event to be created soon. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact Preston President - Travis Hardy - [email protected] OR message us on FB.

06.01.2022 Best of luck lads!! Can’t wait to see the results, and stay safe!!

05.01.2022 First fitment of the new top fairing by Kris at Barossa Signs. I’m in love with the new look!! Bloody legend

03.01.2022 Pierre getting my good side at Mallala a few weeks back. Does my butt look big in this??

02.01.2022 Had a great cold and windy day at Mallala the other day. First time out on the CBR since the oopsie at Tailem Bend and the thing went well, just needs a stiffer rear spring for my fat butt!! Mid 1:14’s quite comfortably, plenty more there even with an it’ll do kind of setup. First time out for the little ninja 300 as well which ran perfectly in each session it was out there. A successful day and really nice to see everyone again, missed the riding/racing community that’s for sure!! Thanks to everyone for sorting the day out in these circumstances and for everyone who booked so we could make it happen, it was great fun. cheers!!
