13.01.2022 MY FITNESS JOURNEY From being overweight in the early years of my time in school to being the tall lanky kid with no muscle at the end. After joining the gym in Year 10 at 16, it took me till the end of Year 12 to actually start taking my training seriously because I was having a tough time motivating myself and couldn’t seem to set any goals for myself. Once I set goals and came to the realisation that if I work hard the results will come. My goals over the years have change...d whether it be training to return to play footy or to get myself ready to compete in Men’s Physique but no matter what the goal is, it helps me train harder as I have something to work for. Because of this, it drove me to want to be able to help inspire people and help them with any fitness goals they have whether it be gaining muscle or losing fat. So at the end of last year I decided to take up studying Cert 4 in fitness to become a qualified PT. All my clients programs are personalised and tailored directly to their needs and goals in order for them to make the most progress and get them to achieve the goals they have for themselves but just can’t seem to find what works for them. 12 week program blocks - 45 min PT sessions 1 on 1 out of Nxtset Health & Fitness for $50 a session and can book up to 5 sessions a week. 06.01.2022 Started working with Cameron a little over 8 weeks ago - crazy to see how far we have come - at the start he could barely squat with the bar on its own and now in just 8 weeks we have built it up to squatting with a box at 60KG (87% of his body weight) for 5 reps. Proud to see how far you have come already and I know there’s more in the tank for future lifts
