25.01.2022 We are being inundated with requests for our menu at the moment and with a lot happening behind the scenes, we thought it easier to post the updated version. We do a lot of custom work so if you are after something that you don't see on here, just ask away as we are always happy to create new things. Apologies for how the formatting look. Converting a word document into a JPEG seems to bring it's own issues.

22.01.2022 Had an amazing time recently completing a Pastry Masterclass with Vincent Guerlais. Vincent has won best chocolatier of France from 2008 to 2012. Vincent is also the President of Relais Desserts, an organization that groups elite French Haute Pâtisserie (high pastry) chefs globally to ensure excellence in the art of Patisserie. We are very excited to announce that some of the desserts created here will be available on our menu shortly.

22.01.2022 Due to the overwhelming response from this weeks weeknight dinners, we have decided to do another week. Due to the long weekend, we will be offering dinners only Tuesday to Friday. Orders need to be placed by Easter Sunday. Based on feedback, we will offer delivery 2-3 times a week moving forward to help people save on costs. To ensure our food quality is not impacted and people get good quality food, we will only be taking on a certain amount of orders each week. Priority w...ill be given to clients who regularly order. We have had people compare us to HelloFresh or Marley spoon and to be transparent about the conversation, the offerings are different. Each of our meals per head cost $10-14 whereas the cost for many of the existing providers is $8-14 but you still need to cook it. Our meals are cooked daily and you need to just heat and serve. If you have any dietary requirements, please let me know and we can try to adapt. Priced to serve 4ppl so if youd like it for 2, just half the price - if youd like it for more, let me know. Delivery ranges from $5 to $8.95 depending on where in the Hills or North Shore you reside. Tuesday, 23 April - Salmon and asparagus parcels with garlic butter $55 per platter or $13.75 per person Wednesday, 24 April - Fettuccine Carbonara - $40 per platter or $10 per person. $5 to add garlic bread. Thursday, 25 April - Greek lamb shoulder with lemon potatoes - $55 per platter or $13.75 per person Friday, 26 April - Roast chicken and veggies (I can swap Brussels sprouts for something else if anyone doesnt eat it) - $45 per platter or $11.25 per person. Soups are $7 per 1/2 liter and the flavours available this this week are: Beef and veggie Tomato Pumpkin

19.01.2022 Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas. A special thank you to everyone who is working today looking after others instead of spending time with family. What a crazy few days. We went 40hrs with no sleep to make sure all orders were done and delivered.

17.01.2022 Paul and I are very passionate about good food so we spend a lot of time educating ourselves to make sure we can offer our clients the best. Our point of difference is that we try and make as much as possible from scratch and to do that, it means constantly upskilling to learn whats new in the food industry. An example of this...we just learned how to make artisan sourdough bread so we can now offer freshly baked in various flavours that is preservative and chemical free o...n our grazing boards, for bruschetta, buffets etc. Most bread manufacturers has ingredients in it like preservatives and anti mould agents to keep bread fresh longer. Here we have our garlic, rosemary & olive sourdough, white sourdough and a Rye sourdough.

14.01.2022 Dear customers, Please be patient with us. We have been impacted by the power and mobile outage so please bear with us as we try to get in touch with each of you. We are making contingency plans currently for all catering orders this week. As Optus network is down in Cherrybrook, we are having to drive over to West Pennant Hills every few hours to get in contact with people.

13.01.2022 Thank you guys for the overwhelming response. Im going to trial this coming week to gauge actual interest. Orders need to be finalized and paid for by this Sunday lunch time. My idea behind this is for quick nutritious weeknight meals to give people time back with families rather than cooking, to reduce wastage and to save costs by reducing the amount of takeaway we all tend to reach for during those busy weeks. Everything with the exception of the soup is priced to feed 4 ...so if youd like it for 2ppl, just half the price. Want extra portions then let me know. Delivery is $5-8.95 depending on where in Hills District/North Shore you are based. Some people have asked if they can get 2 days worth of meals to save on delivery and Im ok to do that but note that all our meals are prepared fresh on the day, preservative free and are not frozen so they need to be consumed within 24hrs of receiving the delivery. If you have dietary restrictions, chat to me and I will try to accommodate what I can. 11.01.2022 We now only have limited availability left until July and are nearly at capacity for June. Reminder that until a deposit has been paid, the dates and times are not held so please get in early as we tend to book out 3 months in advance. Ive had lots of people message me asking if I will be selling paint your own cookies for Easter as an activity for kids during the holidays. Due to timing, these will be available for pick-up this Thursday or Good Friday (early morning before 9:30am). Pick up is from Cherrybrook and they do come with a mini paintbrush - cost is $4.00. I wont be doing anymore orders for Easter goodies.

05.01.2022 Amazing masterclass with patisserie and chocolatier Martin Chiffers who has worked at Harrods, Raffles Hotel in Singapore and The Savoy Hotel in London. He is the only pastry chef in the world to have won the European Pastry Cup Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie twice with Best Sugar and Chocolate Piece, and the highest points in all categories consecutively.

04.01.2022 Fresh cannoli made today and available in chocolate, vanilla or ricotta for $2 each (whilst stocks last). Get them in one flavour or an assortment. Shells are piped based on pick up time so the shells stay crisp and fresh for up to 24hrs. No minimum quantities of purchase needed. Easy dessert option if entertaining this weekend or looking for something sweet for yourself or to share with family. Pick up from Cherrybrook (corner of Edward Bennett Drive and New Line Road) this weekend.

04.01.2022 Some pics from this weekends orders. It was a crazy weekend with the rain, particularly Sunday! You can tell the weather is starting to cool as we are starting to see a lot more orders come through for our pasta platters. I love pasta but god its hard to make a pasta platter look pretty which is why its been plated here.

03.01.2022 What a weekend, we had no power or mobile service post the storm which has made it very tricky cooking! Thank god for back up generators and Coonara shops is only a short walk away to be able to keep in touch. Edward Bennett Drive looks like a cyclone has been through! Thank you to all our customers who have been very patient and understanding as weve had to make changes to orders last minute.
