07.01.2022 Hollie, Cathy and Christine!!!!!!!! These ladies proved that there is no magic formula to losing cm's off the waistline..which they all did alot of!! And improving your fitness.. A great effort on all winning the 8 week challenge, I couldn't split you and you are all deserving winners.... You are are now set up for a big 2016 and achieving many more goals.. A fantastic effort to all BENRFIT members who competed in the challenge.. you should all be very proud!
