This decision was forecast by most commentators as the Reserve Bank continues to assess the impact of recent upward movements in the Australian dollar and positive economic news around employment and retail spending. Complicating the issue is talk that lenders may increase interest rates independent of the Reserve Bank cycle, citing increased funding and regulatory costs. See more

Being a futurist I am always intrigued by what the future may look like. Being an investor means I look at this from a a point of view of "where is the opportunity". The future looks very exciting.

23.01.2022 Celebrating Sebastian becoming an Australian Citizen. This is the 2nd citizenship ceremony that I've attended. At both events I was reminded of how lucky I am to live in Australia. It wasn't until I saw the people at these ceremonies who are filled with joy to be called an Australian citizen (something which I had taken for granted) that I was reminded of how lucky I am. It was an honour to be invited to such an event. Thank you

14.01.2022 TAKE NOTE: This is something that I have noticed recently. Client's property valuations have been coming in higher than expected (this is not something that I've seen in a while). Since these valuations take into consideration recent sales history in the area, it suggests that there is demand in the Adelaide market. This is interesting considering that First Home Owners Grant's are currently restricted to certain types of properties and with lenders making it harder to investors to borrow money. I have property valuation reports available which shows this type of information on your property specifically. PM me if you'd like one.

Goals can be for any area of your life:... - Health / Exercise - Education / Study - Relationships - Finances - Learning a new skill (e.g language, instrument) - Business / Career The key to goal setting is to WRITE IT DOWN. Once you've written it done put it in a place where you can see it EVERYDAY. I write mine on a whiteboard which is in my lounge room. I then tick off the actions I take towards their attainment. I encourage you to set some (even if you start with 1 small goal) then write it down and get started!
