22.01.2022 Just what we needed after a hectic few weeks and coming into whats going to be a huge finish to 2018 Being able to switch off is not my strong point I love to tick off goals and move straight onto the next. This weekend we havent broken a sweat, we ate our bodyweight in cheese and biscuits, drank a bottle of red, slept more than 20hrs (10hrs each night), learnt to play scrabble whilst multi tasking and watching the rugby I lost scrabble .. and just being in the moment and spending some quality time together Thanks for our little get away @moniquecraft_bodycraft love you xx #Chilled #WeekendVibes

19.01.2022 Awesome first day here in Lisbon. After 30hrs in transit and sitting still we kicked the day off with a walk and workout in the park. Then we found an amazing cafe @comoba_lisboa with healthy organic food and coffee which I highly recommend if you ever travel to Lisbon We then found an epic gym @academialclub with an outdoor training area.
