23.01.2022 This Sunday I'll be competing in the Australiasia's most powerful man competition. Due to the slow healing of an injury last year my training has been all over the place but I won't let that stop me. I do strongman because I love it, and am looking forward to getting back on the field, even if it's not at my best. ... 23.01.2022 Yesterday, after watching them since I was 18 years old, I competed with the Tartan Warriors at the Bundanoon Highland Gathering Inc. Congrats to Luke for taking his first Bundanoon stone trophy after 9 years of competing, it must feel very sweet! A huge thanks to giant crowd as well, it was amazing to have that many people watching and cheering so passionately. As well as everyone who came up and congratulated me personally, it was really humbling. ... Can't wait for next year's now... being the 40th anniversary next year it's bound to be even better. PS: I was forced to look dreamy in that posing pic... wasn't my idea... I swear. 23.01.2022 Been a bit quiet the past week as I've been busy enjoying the horrible sites of the South Island of New Zealand. Such a stunning place. Been wanting to come back since competing here for the Hilux Highland Games 2 months ago.

21.01.2022 Tomorrow is the Bundanoon Highland Gathering Inc. I remember 12 years ago watching the "Tartan Warriors" and wanting to be there one day, this year is hopefully the first of many. Ill be competing against the current champ Jordan "Biggie" Rankine-Steffens Strongman, amazing all-round athlete Luke Reynolds and the freak and veteran Aaron Monks. The Bundanoon Highland Games is the best Highland event I've been to, and would definitely recommend it for an awesome day out, as we...ll as watch a few men in skirts lift heavy things. 16.01.2022 Very happy to say I am Australiasia's Most Powerful Man 2016. Pretty happy with this considering my lack of prep and competing injured. Thanks to Phil Burgess for organising the competition in horrible weather conditions, as well as all the boys I competed against. There is definitely some very strong new talent coming through strongman in NSW. ... My amazing girlfriend for looking after my whinging self all day as always. Couldn't have a better woman in my life. Love you Esk. And of course all my sponsors, without you I wouldn't be where I am. 13.01.2022 This young lady deserves some attention. After competing in her first novice powerlifting comp after only a few months of strength training, my client, Kim, pulled this easy 135kg deadlift the other day at Fitness First Top Ryde Platinum. She has her second competition in just a fortnight at PTC Sydney. Looks well on track to pull 140+!

09.01.2022 My client Ellen competed in her first bikini competition today down in Melbourne at the INBA all female classic. Managing to take out 2nd, 3rd and 4th in 3 of the divisions she entered. What makes this so impressive is El managed this whilst working full time as a nurse as well as being a single mum. Seeing her achieve what she did today made me so happy to see all her hard work pay off. She is one tough lady and didn't complain at all despite how hard comp prep is.... Congrats El, you deserve it :)

A young lass Robert Frampton knows, named Morgan (you can see the pics below) is getting her hair cut to make wigs for children who lose their hair from cancer treatments. So far she's raised enough money to have two wigs made - but Rob is working hard to get together some more money together to get a third made.
