24.01.2022 Finally finished this today, been drawing bits of it the last 18 months. Very detailed, taken from an old photo of my in-laws family when they first moved to the area in the early 1900’s, old blurred black & white photo. Done with pigment liner on canvas paper. What do you think?
24.01.2022 This is my entry for the Cherry Festival Art Competition. Creating my artwork based on the word Emergence which is the theme of the art Competition. Titled F...leeing - dread of what has come 2020 A little different than what I usually do, but it tells the story of what has happened this year. 21.01.2022 I’ve been touching up some of the Cherry paintings around town this week. CWA hall and #manjimuptoyworld are looking a little fresher now, ready to eat.
20.01.2022 Did a small sketch last night, loved some photos of fungi I spied on fb, got permission from Southern Forest Fungi to use their photos, this is what I’ve done so far. A little rough just drawn straight on canvas paper with pigment liner.

14.01.2022 Spruced up a few more windows in the last couple of days - couple of empty shops in the middle of Giblett Street and the Newsagency Windows in Brockman Street. Just got the Tourist Bureau Windows to do now I think unless something else pops up. The countdown is on for the Cherry Festival

03.01.2022 Added the finishing touches to these today, just got to screw on the hooks. Repurposed very old jarrah door, first attempt at carving jarrah with a dremmel and experimenting with different carving bits. Going to be used for hats in our laundry. Pm if you would be interested in anything like these.
03.01.2022 Finished this - Middle Earth a couple of weeks ago just in time for the Deja vu Turns The Page #manjimupcherryharmonyfestival Art Exhibition. Acrylic and gloss spray paint on canvas. 03.01.2022 Finished these today for a client. Carvings turned out pretty good - first time carving roses and daffodils. Wood is repurposed very old jarrah from a shed door. Beautiful colour and grain. Pm if wanting to order some, can have 1, 2, 3 or more hooks.
