24.01.2022 Sunday two lovely ladies, Katherine and Naomi came for a half day trail ride. They both owned horses as teenagers, and wanted to relive the good times riding. They said they would be a bit rusty, but soon it all came back, and they enjoyed the ride to the river and back with Shinae. .

24.01.2022 Today we had a day ride to the beautiful Murray River for a picnic lunch with the travelling 10 trailriders such a great ride lots of fun at Benson pk. Xx

24.01.2022 Today we had the birthday girls who love coming to Benson pk farm stay. This time they have included a 2 hr trailride around the Benson pk property. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO Kristy and Alesha. Xx

23.01.2022 Benson Park Farm Stay $25 per night for power, flushing toilets and hot showers and possibly the best farm stay in Australia 1st impressions at the gate ha...d me (Mick) wanting to push on towards Renmark, but that quickly changed as we approached the homestead and Ken appeared. We had an amazing couple of nights all to ourselves on the farm surrounded by Horses, Cows, Alpacas, Goats and Sheep. Ken is an amazing host and engages with his guests, showing off his many passions for the property, animals and family history. It was that infectious that Alex set an alarm for 530am, so that he could be up and ready to work at 6 when Ken arrived for the morning feed (This was certainly a proud parent moment for us, seeing Alex excited to help, listening to instruction and driven to do a good job). This place is amazing and should be on every travelers bucket list. Be sure to swing by and say hi to Ken.

21.01.2022 Today we had Sarah riding Jed, Heidi riding Johnny and Kylie riding Indy on a half day ride to the Murray River for a lovely morning tea with Ken and Thomas. Lots of river action today 1 houseboat and 1 fishing boat. Great weather and lots of action at Benson Park this weekend.

10.01.2022 Today we had Rachael riding Jed, James riding Johnny and Kylie riding Indy on a 2hr trail ride what perfect riverland weather plenty of sunshine at 25 degrees..

10.01.2022 Benson Park, near Waikerie is the house or Ken and Bev Nitschke and is a great place to go back in time and experience a different lifestyle. Ken grew up on th...e local property and the house where he lived as a small boy has been converted by him into a small barn. The original house which was built by Ken's father way back in 1930, is made out of cliff stone and pug. Benson Park has ten horses for guests to ride and Ken acts as a guide for trail riding through the park. The trails take in some of the most breathtaking views of the majestic River Murray. #farmstay #riverland #horsetrails

07.01.2022 Today we had Gillian rode Axle, Helena rode Johnny, Jodie rode Jed and Kylie rode Indy on a 2 hr trail around Benson pk property for Jodie's belated birthday.

04.01.2022 Yesterday afternoon Carmen rode Indy, Maria rode Johnny, Little Maria rode Axel and Kylie rode Annie on a 3 to 4 hr trailride to the beautiful Murray River. Ken assisted with afternoon tea at the gazebo while Thomas help by counting and waving to each sky boat that toured past. Thanks for a great day girls hope to see Carmen return for a camping trip with her own horse who is also called Indy. Xxx

04.01.2022 Benson Park was busy over the School holidays with Trail rides, family farm stays, kids birthday party trips to the Sunset Bar. Penny with son Will and exchange student Adam from NZ, were among the trail riders. Great time had by all.

04.01.2022 Today we had Sandy riding Johnny, David riding River boy, and Kylie riding Annie. Jeanine and Thomas joined part way with Taddy in cart. What a lovely relaxing 2hr trail ride around the Benson Park property. Thankyou to everyone who popped in this weekend. Xx

04.01.2022 Our first stop was amazing!! We made it to SA and stayed at Benson Park. An authentic farm visit where the kids found their farm feet and were farm hands to Ke...n the owner, starting and ending each day feeding and caring for all the animals Although nobody wanted to leave today we have got the road towards our next destination

03.01.2022 Ashleigh and Ashleigh came for a four hour trail ride, with team member Shinae. A nice morning was spent riding to the river and back.
