05.01.2022 Sellers testimonial: I have recently used Jenny (Bentleys property agent) for the sale of my house in Little Mountain . I can honestly say that I have never received such an excellent service at a time which is always so stressful. Jenny has made sure that she has provided support above and beyond what I would have expected. I have moved back to the UK and being so far away, I was worried that it might be a challenging experience. However, Jenny has been in regular contact, u...pdating me daily and requesting things as they needed doing. She even arranged for a couple of jobs on the house to be done, prior to the sale going through, so that I did not need to go through the stress of finding someone from the UK. Just received this from a lovely couple from Brisbane who have just purchased through us: From Sharon and Ian for potential buyers/sellers: We have purchased the house of our dreams at Little Mountain and it is all thanks to Jenny. We had spoken to quite a few agents and it was quite difficult to feel like they understood what we were looking for. Jenny ...got it from the very first conversation. We viewed the house on Saturday morning, made an offer half an hour later and by mid-afternoon after some delicate negotiation with the sellers we signed a contract. 01.01.2022 If you want an agent to get the job done then Rhonda Mathews is the agent for you. Rhonda has a wealth of knowledge of the Sunshine Coast with years of experience. We were with a different agency for 6 months and had only 3 people through our house and was losing faith in the market.
