07.01.2022 When I first started consulting small business, I found a lot of people tend to get stuck on "growth strategies", "LEAD GEN", and having no operation in place to support growth. Just quietly - this is the FASTEST way to become insolvent. One thing you will need to do is sit down, and identify your business as a whole. Financials: how do they look, are you over/under spending? WHAT are your expenses? Why? ... Operations: Does your business operate efficiently? If not, why not? What is slowing you down? Why? Customer: What is the customer journey?.. what is the solution that you offer for your customers issue? (remember, solutions have NO value - they directly derive their value from the problems that they solve).. Growth: NOTE - THIS IS THE LAST AREA TO ADDRESS!! How are you reaching out to your ideal client, through what platforms, why? What is the return on the time/financial investment?
