20.01.2022 STATE AND REGIONAL NOMINATIONS ARE ALWAYS OPEN! QUESTION IS: is your occupation listed? Your friend may have got the nomination from the state, it does not mean you can too, unfortunately!! Nominations are based on number of factors of your eligibility..But before you begin to panic please ask yourself these questions;... 1. Which visa? 2. Which state or region? 3. Which occupation? 4. Additional Requirements? 5. Your points test total 6. Have you got a skills assessment?
19.01.2022 JUST A USEFUL LINK TO THOSE VISA HOLDERS WORKING IN AUSTRALIA OF THEIR WORKPLACE RIGHTS!
19.01.2022 MBA or Bachelors in Management? Random advertising is derailing a lot of students out there that the occupation of a Manager is on the occupation list and it is an excellent way to get PR! well... is it easy though? do you meet the criteria? A degree is not the only criteria!! There are about 189 occupations over various skills assessment lists for managerial related occupations. Great!! HOWEVER don't be fooled please!!... You need a skills assessment and they are not SIMPLE! For the easy job titles of cafe managers etc, getting a state nomination is near to impossible! for senior managerial roles such as Sales and Marketing Managers, your experience at Domino's as a manager or some bar wont work!! Please don't fall for such advertising and instead take the initiative to research your occupation and whether your skills assessment is a possibility! For more information you are welcome to book a consultation. Regards, Senior Migration Agent [email protected] 0424928689

14.01.2022 A Fantastic subclass 600 Tourist Grant to an 18 year old young boy last week. Often when we begin interviewing our clients we notice a strange look on their faces thinking 'are these questions necessary? will that really matter?' the best answer to these questions or thoughts are by the granted visas such as these! An application is never about form or passport copies you attach but the merits of the case!... Congrats to all! Keep it up.

12.01.2022 TSS Visa and the new rule of Two years work experience The Department had confirmed that the two years work experience requirements for the new TSS visa is NOT in addition to the ANZSCO requirements for meeting skills level. If the applicant has the minimum formal qualification to undertake the occupation as per ANZSCO, they must also have two years work experience after obtaining the qualification.... If the applicant is relying on experience, eg where ANZSCO recognises five years work experience as an alternative to a formal qualification, the Department does not require the applicant to have another two years work experience in addition to the ANZSCO requirement. 06.01.2022 CONSULTATIONS Hi everyone, for those of you who have experienced our services, you would know exactly how honest, strategic, upfront, detailed they are. It is a proud factor that we as an organisation operate purely out of 'referral' based customers. Due to a few scenarios where our services, more so 'time' is taken a little too 'granted' for and at times are not even advised of attendance! We wish to outline a new policy on all that may in the future refer friends and family.... 1. Our consults have always been through a booking system 2. WALK IN consults are not allowed as we work on a fixed schedule and are not a retail migration advice workplace 3. Consults will be charged a booking fee in advance - non refundable (a proportion of the total fee) 4. This is not a business decision but more so purely out of professionalism so that we can only deal with people whose time we respect and value and our time is also in return valued. 5. If you are an existing client, you have an enquiry unrelated to your existing application which requires a little extra time and hours of research, you will be required to book this service in also. This is all so that we can continue to not only do business but serve the wider community with independently catered advice and detailed solutions. If you have experienced our services we would love to have you pass your experience in the comments or reviews for this page. Thank you Management BEOZ Migration 0424928689
06.01.2022 JUST FOR READERS: Taxi driver and visa cancellation Victorian taxi records featured prominently in a Federal Circuit Court decision dismissing an appeal by an overseas student against an Administrative Appeals Tribunal decision affirming the cancellation of his student visa. The Department cancelled his visa on the grounds that he had worked as a taxi driver for longer hours than allowed by his student visa- a summary of the judgement:... MIGRATION Administrative Appeals Tribunal student (temporary) (class TU) (subclass 572) visa cancellation visa subject to condition 8105 which required that the applicant not work more than 40 hours per fortnight when his course was in session Taxi Services Commission logs showing the applicant was logged on well in excess of 40 hours per fortnight when his course was in session whether there was rationally probative evidence that the applicant was working when he claimed that he did not bother to log off whether the Tribunal was bound to deal with arguments that were irrelevant or not clearly articulated. And his argument that he was only working when he had a passenger in the taxi got nowhere!

02.01.2022 Success never comes to those that do not work hard for it. Every client comes with a story, a history, a book that has chapters to read but no climax, then there you are expected to write the perfect climax for them. Let me tell you all, that probably is the most responsible, stressful moment you will be placed in, writing a climax to someones elses story but the real deal is that you wont even get to write it on your own terms! Such is the story of Visas, for some just an... entry permit and for many a permit that will decide their future. About 2 years ago a family, a hard working couple, that day in day out worked as a team and every turn they made was with hope in their eyes and dedication in their hearts but despite all this their perfect climax seemed a story too far and impossible to imagine. On our first meeting, by the end of it, I realised that Ive taken on a challenge that probably may not work out, but these people do not have a choice, this is the ultimate last shot they have at this, and I had no option other than joining them in this journey and somewhat wanting to put myself in their shoes and just finding a way.. Luck is an illusion but Hope is a power and dedication is always fruitful. Today, marks the day, when it has all paid off. Their perfect climax ended with subclass 190 Visa grants. A story complete and ready to be closed in order to allow them to write many more in this beautiful country. My very warm wishes and congratulations to the Chahal family. Regards, Prabh Bains BEOZ Migration
