22.01.2022 Hello all past and present and potential new clients. What an amazing year . Some of the Be Proud team have gone on to amazing wonderful things and some have been through amazing things . Coaches, new jobs , marathons , medical treatments .. We have all grown and I am so proud of everyone that has touched the Be Proud family . ... We are having a little get together Sat 22nd in the park 10am . Old new potentials any one welcome come say hi do a star jump or have a coffee and a chat . Hope everyone stays well and happy and balanced at this some time challenging end of year time . But cheers health and fitness and kindness to everyone . All the very best for 2019 . 20.01.2022 Hello all lovely people viewing Be Proud Page. Wishing everyone good health and fitness though these complex times. Awesome time to take up 30 day Squat ... Push up, Plank challenges. Walking and cardio at least 30 min a day tp keep your respiratory system active and well. Also good for the mind. If anyone wants some tips or little circuit just let me know . Dont need equipment just need your body and to think outside the box. Please take care of mind and body and we will look back on 2020 as survivors lets keep fit and well too. Lets be like mother Nature and doing what we can to heal . Regards and care . Tina
