23.01.2022 I follow this guy on insta! So much valuable information. If you are feeling niggles or pain or have an injury, don’t just address the pain. Sure, go and get it seen to and work on reducing the pain etc but also educate yourself in what is really causing the injury, keep looking until you have found what is causing it and work on fixing the cause. Don’t stop training forever. There is a way to work around your injuries and your pain and you will often be better off for it. https://www.instagram.com/p/CFFGoiBA1f5/
