19.01.2022 It’s starting to cool down at the Bunya Mountains. Jackets are coming out, fireplaces are going on, beanies are everywhere and the mornings are foggy and cool (photo taken today).

18.01.2022 Forget your car once you reach the Bunyas everything is within walking distance Once you arrive up at the Bunya Mountains, you can leave your car in the garag...e of your property for the duration of your visit. All Bunya Mountains features, attractions and destinations are within walking distance of all of our properties. It’s a great way to get some exercise and enjoy the crisp, fresh air - not to mention being able to enjoy an environmentally friendly and guilt-free holiday! #thisisqueensland

Developed over the first quarter of 2020 in consultation with management and owners, the br...and breathes new life into the marketing for this most wondrous holiday destination. Just 90 minutes from Dalby and under 3 hours from Brisbane, The Bunya Mountains are simply amazing. Sitting 1100 metres above sea level and typically 5-7 degrees cooler than the surrounding plains, you'll see an abundance of flora and fauna with some dating back to the time of the dinosaurs. Each night there's a mesmerising star show where you can see the universe writ large across an inky black sky. If you haven't been, you simply must go once current travel restrictions are relaxed. Kingfisher was proud to be chosen to help Bunya Mountains Accommodation Centre develop their new visual identity and brand position.
