24.01.2022 Sensible explanation. If you're comfortable with the concept of ingesting essential oils like we do , then go right ahead. We use ours in water to flavour water in a cooling thirst quenching drink or create amazing toxin and chemical free teas for our cooler weather right now. We enjoy many oils in savory and sweet dishes. Using essential oils as a flavour burst is convenient and time saving. I can never understand how people question taking essential oils internally for example lemon oil, yet find it ok to consume lemon essence that is entirely synthetic in baking. Having said that if you are not comfortable taking essential oils internally then don't. Nobody is forcing you.
