25.01.2022 Reading this book is a must! Depression, anxiety...if you are not suffering, someone you love is. Johann Hari spent more than three years researching studies and talking to experts all around the world to find out why so many people are being affected by depression...and what can heal or lessen it's effects. 'Lost Connections' is brilliant and facinating to read. It blows the lid right off what is happening to many of us and shines a bright light on hope and change. Change your life!

22.01.2022 Simply one of the most wonderful vegetarian cookbooks we have come across. Cook Anna Jones is English, so though there is the odd mention of gooseberries and hedgerows;) you will still find hundreds of mouthwatering and wholesome recipes (arranged around produce by season)just begging you to make them. Anna is also a writer and stylist, making this special book a feast for the eyes and mind, as well as your appetite. Bring on the cool weather beach walks and a table laden with belly-warming soups and steaming pies!
