19.01.2022 Bra Wisdom Wednesday. Because its Womens Health Week, we want to talk about support during exercise and how to find the right fitting sports bra. It should be snug but not too tight. A good test is to fit two fingers between the straps and your shoulders. Wrinkles in the fabric usually means the cup is too big. Spilling out can mean its too small.... Mind the gap. An underwire should lay flat against your body and never pinch or dig. Raise your arms up. If the band rides up then it could be too big or the straps need adjusting. Test it out.
