16.01.2022 HANDOVER ~ Yesterday we successfully handed over 14 Seniors Living Units to the NSW Land and Housing Commission. With an accelerated construction programme, our young project team pushed to bring forward the handover date to enable 14 new families to move in before Christmas. With a strong focus on collaborative contracting and communication on a site that presented various logistical challenges (including tree protection measures that restricted access, a 50m stormwater u...pgrade along Palmer Street, power upgrade works to Ausgrid infrastructure affecting 213 customers and various material and interplay constraints) our team pushed through to deliver the project ahead of schedule and within budget. This x5 bedroom group home was extremely intricate in its full-scale accessibility requirements, with seamless integration of automated doors, ceiling hoist tracking, full scale fire systems, data and other detailed autonomous requirements. ...
