14.01.2022 GRAND FINAL!!! Tomorrow night at 7pm our boys square off with wolumla in the grand final at Bega recreation ground. It would be great to get as many Cobargo supporters to the game to get behind the boys!! ... It should be a great game of footy. The last time they met Wolumla piped us after the siren, this one should go right down to the wire again. Hopefully in our boys favour. There is also another game before us if you’d like to get in early and enjoy some footy and a cold beer! Bar and Bbq will be running at the ground. COVID rules apply. GO COBARGO!!!!!

13.01.2022 YOU BEAUTY!!! The boys got there first win tonight defeating the Commercial magpies 22-10 in a hard fought game. Jade Lucas was awarded man of the match. The team would like to thank everyone who turned up and supported them tonight! Go the EELS!!!!

08.01.2022 That’s a wrap! All player profiles done, hopefully we can get some of our local eels supporters in Friday night to cheer the boys on. Pull out an old jersey or club shirt and enjoy some footy! Cold beverages and bbq will be running at the ground. Feel free to share this post and let the community know.

06.01.2022 Cancel your plans next Friday!!! Last night our boys defeated the Grand hotel for a spot in the A grade grand final! They will be playing Wolumla at 6.45pm at the Bega Recreation Ground. We are calling all of cobargo supporters to make the trip in and support the boys. Go Cobargo

04.01.2022 The boys went down by 2 points in the first round of the pub competition. Leading the whole game, wolumla got a penalty after the full time siren and scored to take the lead and win. Everyone played well, and the team will only improve going forward. We’d like to thank our supporters who traveled in to watch. See you all again next week. We take on the commercial hotel at 6.50pm Friday at Bega again.
