21.01.2022 Time to Get Loud!! Today is Loud Shirt Day, to raise funds and awareness for people with hearing impairments. Brigitte Drakos a parent from our centre is raising money for the Sydney Cochlear Implant Centre and the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children. Brigittes' son Ari was born deaf 3 years ago and has cochlear implants, so this is a cause close to us all! 11.01.2022 Our garden is really giving us some yummy veggies! Today we picked tomatoes, parsley, spring onions, snow peas and spinach. Some of the children wanted to help cook some quiches with some extra eggs that Miss Stacey had so they washed their hands and put their aprons on. The children helped to chop up the veggies, crack the eggs, added some minced garlic and stirred it altogether. We also secretly added two cans of tuna for some taste. Our quiches were delicious!
