25.01.2022 Today marks a solemn occasion with the sad passing away of a lovely dear patient who had been our regular patient for the past 30 years. Our hearts are sad as it is for her beautiful family too. We will all miss her vivacious laugh and friendship. She was a pioneer bringing our first baby in the clinic for care...God bless and may you rest in peace. God bless your family today..

16.01.2022 I will continue to maintain clinic hours for patients to have their chiropractic care. It is important in these times of stress and work/study challenging posture stress to be adjusted. Our clinic maintains a high standard of hygiene and we ask that if you are suffering respiratory symptoms (NOT RELATED TO CORVID 19) to be either masked or refrain from attending the clinic until you are well. Stay well Maria

09.01.2022 Take time to be still and enjoy the moment...

09.01.2022 Great advice from Harvard School of Health; "Keep moving! home exercise equipment including weights, resistance bands, medicine ballsPlan a set time for exercise or other fun physical activities (otherwise it may not get done).... There are endless free virtual exercise resources. Download free fitness apps on your smartphone or tablet, or visit YouTube and search for your favorite workout format: yoga, strength, dance, Pilates, walking, high intensity interval training (HITT), or kickboxing. Several fitness centers and experienced fitness trainers are offering live-streamed workouts on Instagram that provide a real-time experience to enhance social connections. Encourage the family or just yourself to walk in the neighborhood when weather permits, practicing social distancing of at least 6 feet from others who are outside. Fresh air combined with moderate aerobic activity can help clear the mind, boost energy levels, reduce blood pressure, improve digestion, and lower stress. Walking or jogging on a sunny Spring day is not just enjoyable, but may also boost your vitamin D levels. Think outside the box: exercise does not have to be following a video or going for a run. Learn how to move creatively inside the home throughout the day, even if you have a limited space to move."

09.01.2022 Thankyou Veronica (seamstress, secretary and fabulous sister) for your tireless effort in making over 70 face masks this last month. These supplied our clinic staff, family members and all those wonderful patients who bought masks in the clinc. All our contributions went to much needed fund raising for our much loved Alicia's primary special school, Lucas Gardens!

07.01.2022 Clinic announcement. Maria and Veronica are having a much needed holiday this coming week. We are well! Just having school holiday time out and the clinic will be reopened th 18th July. Stay safe, social distance and keep up those exercises!!... See you soon Maria Bernard

07.01.2022 Happy Valentines to all our patients and friends. This little suprise was brought in by a special person, our mother, who we love enormously. We wanted to share her love too! Take heart all our special patients who need our best wishes and prayers, we are thinking of you too! Maria and Veronica

06.01.2022 One of our family weekend/covid things-to-do...planting seedlings and make a raised garden bed. Hopefully my baby spinach will not be taken over by snails nor eaten by local birds!

04.01.2022 Maria Bernard is off on University break, and is in the clinic for more opportunites for clinic consultations and treatment.

04.01.2022 Work posture at home If you are at home and working, please pay attention to your desk ergonomics! I have had patients this week having "laptop" neck strain and sprain from poor posture. If possible try and have a computer monitor installed. Suggestions made are to ask employers help set you up at home with the correct screens/tables/chairs. If you wish to continue to work at home without posture stress, I recommend you make these modifications now. Bernard chiropractic clinic has a number of soft chair pillows which can help sitting on dining chairs. Or else, find a good office chair. Hope this prevention advice helps! Stay well Maria Bernard

03.01.2022 To help promote masking up, Bernard Chiropractic clinic decided to make reusable masks for a worthy cause. All proceeds will be donated to our precious niece Alicia's special school, called Lucas Gardens. Mask up and help stop spreading any potential covid community transmissions. Stay safe!

03.01.2022 The Bernard Chiropractic opinion is MASK UP in public places. We strongly encourage you to wear a mask at all times and if you can, please wear one to our clinic. This is not just our opinion but of medical experts. Deputy Chief Medical Officer Professor Michael Kidd said people in Sydney hotspots should consider wearing a mask...Particularly in public like supermarkets where community transmission IS occurring and social ... distancing is difficult. See more

02.01.2022 We endeavour to have covid-safe cleaning as best as we can ALL the time. This includes multiple hand sanitize stations for you to use in clinic before you enter. This is my new look, as Veronica has kindly made reusable masks for our clinic. Watch this space as she hopes to be able to provide more for patients to purchase.

02.01.2022 My little garden has taken some time to flourish but the results are well worth the wait.

02.01.2022 Just a shout out To Tom. We have nick named him "Tom the Tool man", after he did an amazing job in bringing back to life our overworked and sorely needing an adjustment, chiro bench... Thank you Tom!

01.01.2022 Bernard Chiropractic clinic remains open as an essential health service. We will maintain as best the social distancing policy, and Maria will mask up as necessary. Keep safe and well Maria
