24.01.2022 Only 2 more sleeps and the Bunny will arrive with all hes treats so we need an action plan to get the treats of our hips and buns! How about this: 5 repeats of the following no stopping! 1minute of shuttles 1minute of mountain climbers 1minute of prison lunges alternating... 1minute wood chops with a weight 1minute pushups of a step or low bench. cool down by walking and stretching. Now if your not prepared to do a workout like this to help move the treats, don't stick them in your mouth and you will only have to do a big walk, its up to you! Easter is a wonderful time when families and couples go away and enjoy the great outdoors and what the wonderful country has to offer us. So what ever you have chosen to do take the time to get out and enjoy a walk or bike ride be active. Sunday morning try some hot cross buns toasted and topped with some ricotta whipped with berries, cinnamon and vanilla ,spoon on top of hot bun then drizzel with pure maple syrup and some left over berries. 04.01.2022 God it is cold! Well it is at the start then when you get going you soon warm up but at the end of the day what do you all do to get yourself ready for bed slee...p time? We don't need to cool down at the end of the day but because you have been cold throughout the day you don't want to go to bed with muscle tension so the following procedure should help you sleep and your muscle relax with warmth . Have a warm shower or bath not overly hot cause that will waken your senses too much, jump into cosy pj's and get on the floor and start some long slow gentle stretches concentrating on lengthening long muscle groups. Hold these stretche for at least 20 seconds to warm and relax muscle groups then crawl into bed with a great book or your chosen partner and enjoy a restful sleep! Try it will work. 02.01.2022 High you happy fit individuals winter is here! How are you going to remain fit and healthy through the trying winter chills and cold wet mornings? Easy get your... butts out of bed and get going! Lol not as easy as it sounds. Doing weights with 30sec,s of cardio eg. skipping in between sets can work well and will aid maintaining a certain amount of fitness. Boxing is also a fantastic fat burner and can be done with a boxing bag in the garage or under the carport, add puch ups and mountain climbers in there as well and your on your way to chewing up some fat. No excuse get going ,OHH and one more thing remember to maintain a whole food and well balanced meal plan to aid the fat burning. Yours in fitness Bernie give it a good go!!!!! See more
