06.01.2022 Transformation Thursday! So proud of my wife Kate, she started training with me when our son was 4months old. Within 5 months she lost a total of 17kg! She is still in the gym training every week doing group HIIT training sessions and has maintained her weight. Kate had never trained before we had Solomon, and has now gained a new love for training. I couldn’t be more proud.
