25.01.2022 We experience seasons of joy and celebration, as well as seasons of hardship and sadness. In whatever season we’re walking in, God doesn’t want us to walk thro...ugh it alone. He gives us godly friends to walk through these seasons with us. Godly friends are people who point us to God’s goodness in seasons of joy and seasons of pain. They reflect God’s character in the way they speak and act. They pray with us and for us. They walk with us through the valley, and shout for joy alongside us on the mountain tops. When we experience Godly friendship, we find ourselves living out Phillippians 1:3 which says, Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God. If you’re thinking, I’ve never experienced a friendship like this before we so deeply understand the longing for community. Today we ask God to bring you a community that honors Him and fuels your faith. We can trust that our good God will help us as we search for friendships that glorify Him.
