24.01.2022 We are currently looking for STRAWBERRY and RASPBERRY FRUIT PICKERS to join our team on a casual basis. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, we will train you :) We are located in Carrick, Tasmania, a short 15-minute drive from the Launceston CBD.... Please Note that our Strawberry Season starts earlier than our Raspberry Season, if you are applying for RASPBERRY picking there may be a delay in your induction date Our Picking jobs are paid using a piece rate. This means that the more you pick, the more you can earn. Good pickers will earn considerably more than the Horticultural Award. Please be advised that we do not have transport and/or accommodation available on farm. It will be your responsibility to ensure that you arrive to work on time each day.

23.01.2022 Berried In Tas Opening Hours We are open Monday - Friday 10am to 4pm HARVEST We harvest Strawberries and Raspberries from November-May. Our first Raspberry Crop is harvested until the end of January and our second harvest crop is due to be harvested from the second week of March. Strawberries are harvested the whole way from start to finish of our harvest season.... FARMGATE SALES Please note we are NOT open on weekends unless a Facebook post states otherwise. Please keep an eye out for our Facebooks posts for what fruit we we have available and for prices :) We are trying our best to offer fruit sales to the public as often as possible.

22.01.2022 WOW! What else can we say other than THANKYOU The response we have had in regards to working with us this season has been INCREDIBLE! We are now busy processing ALL applications and organising inductions dates. Whoever has not yet been booked in for an induction, please just bare with us :) ... Everyone who applied prior applications closing on 9/10/2020 will be given a date however with the number of people who have applied we are just trying to get this done as quickly and as efficiently as possible. 13.01.2022 Hello everyone We hope you are all safe and well. Although things have been quiet here we have been busy working away in the office preparing for our upcoming harvest season... We would just like to take this time to update you all on our recruitment process for the upcoming season. All of the positions that we will have available will be advertised here on our Facebook page. Please see the attached picture for each position and the dates they will be advertised. All positions will be advertised for 14 days which will allow you plenty of time to complete get your applications in PLEASE NOTE All new and returning employees are required to complete an induction which also includes the completion of our employment documentation. Our harvest season will run from late October/early November 2020 through to May 2021. We are located in Carrick, Tasmania, a short 15-minute drive from the Launceston CBD. ... Fruit Harvest is our main priority and must be done accordingly. Training of new/inexperienced pickers for the season by following the current specifications Making sure all Pickers & Harvest Support are following the guidelines/procedures that are in place and ensuring that these run smoothly throughout the day. Reporting to the Harvest Manager any issues/feedback and/or suggestions which may improve our harvest. Communicating with Management regarding any harvest issues and/or inquiries This role requires working variable and sometimes long hours over the harvest period, including weekends and public holidays. The ability to be flexible with working hours is essential since we work on a fourteen-day roster for the duration of the harvest.
