20.01.2022 It was a simple request, we thought..... Please bring a box of food with you to the Darwin Corporate Park Party, we asked.... We will donate the food to Foodban...k NT, we said..... We would like to create a large Christmas tree from the food, we explained.... What a FANTASTIC Response from the tenants at Darwin Corporate Park, our suppliers, our associates and friends. 814.80 KGs of food later..... FoodBank tell us it's the largest single donation for their food drive this year. (We encourage you to beat it) Thank you to all who attended the party and supported FoodBank - because of you, it exceeded our expectations. And, how's this for serendipity. When we were doing our shopping for the party and not having a Flybuys card, our staff member randomly gave the Flybuys points (it was triple points week!) to an elderly gentleman waiting in line. As they chatted, he mentioned that, in the past, he had been a recipient of the FoodBank Christmas Drive in Batchelor and the difference it made, making his Christmas a little merrier.

We have roofers, electricians and fridgies on site and next week, painters, glaziers and plasterers will join them. It is looking mighty fine.

05.01.2022 Access Hardware are a nationwide architectural door hardware & security solution supplier as well as being licensed locksmiths. The new facility built in Berrim...ah will be used by the company as their new national standard with plans to upgrade all other state locations. Jaytex Construction worked closely with the client to design and construct the premises to suit their needs including specific requirements for a state of the art security & access system, complete with internal and external cameras, motion sensors, alarms and door controls. We installed specialised door hardware imported from the US by the client to showcase some the product range available from Access Hardware. The building comprises a showroom with polished concrete floor and a custom built-in joinery, a back of house office space, a technical workshop and separate keyroom both with additional sound-proofing to the walls and ceilings and a massive dual entry warehouse. Located on a prominent corner block, the front façade painted in Access Hardware’s signature colours is a real entrance statement to the Berrimah Industrial Estate. Design: Concept Designs
