20.01.2022 Due to the current conditions, social distancing requirements and being a private function outside of normal operational hours, and in consultation with the Riverland education department, it is regrettable that we will be postponing the sleepover until a later date. Talks have begun with Berri Primary School to utilise a large facility within the school. Keep watching this space for future dates.

19.01.2022 Berri oshc would like to advice our families that our service will now be open on the 19th 20th 23rd 24th of November for essential worker only. For Before school and after school care . Further up date will be provided early next week or as the need arises It is imperative and expected that the number of people interacting in our service and local community is dramatically reduced so as to avoid a secound wave thank you and stay safe Berri OSHC staff

16.01.2022 SLEEP OVER DETAILS... Saturday 12th September 3pm drop off 10am sunday morning pick up (please be on time) ... Please let us know by commenting or inbox if your child/children will be attending We ask all our families to have there phones with them at all times, incase we need to contact you. We ask parents only stay for drop off and pick up. Bring along *Pilliow/teddy (if want) *Blanket/sleeping bag *pjs slippers/dressing gown *spare clothes We will be charging a small cost of $5 per family not child PER FAMILY!! We will be having a BBQ tea, supplying snacks, fruit platter, drinks, a dessert, and breakfast etc throughout the day/night. You are more then welcome to pack a luchbox with extra snacks if you please There will be lots off fun things happening we will be having a camp fire/songs, games, glow sticks, marshmallows and lots more Please note we will be topping off our number at 40 children for the sleep over. So get in quick If your child has any needs or routines for bed that you think we might need to know , please let a staff know when dropping off We are hoping our first sleep over will be a great one and can look forward to having them in the future

15.01.2022 UPDATE : We have been informed by the department that OSHC will close Thursday 19th Friday 20th. Over the weekend we will be informing families if the department will allow us to open Monday 26th Tuesday 27th for essential workers ONLY or reopen on the Wednesday after the 6 day lock down for ONLY ESSENTIAL WORKERS!! We will keep you updated

We ask on special lunch days and excursions the money you pay needs to be CASH and paid when dropping your child/children off. As this covers the excursion and items for Lunch. Our service doesn't have cash on hand or other needs to cover the costs. We use the money paid by families. So please pay cash and make sure you pay when dropping your child off . With having a talk today about it if staff were to sort out a sleep over we were wondering how many families would be interested. At this stage we know it will be a Friday night and we will only be having a set number off children. So if you could like or comment that would be great. Thank you to all our families for your support during these holidays, it was fantastic too see everyone's smiling faces back that we missed last holidays. Was great to see some new families aswell. Let's hope we can go on some excursions next holidays. We look forward to see everyone again during term 3 or next holidays. Once again we thank our families for your ongoing support and to all our amazing children enjoy your weekend and wish you the best for first day back at school Monday.

01.01.2022 Please make sure you pack a water bottle and hat everyday in your child's bag we do have spare hats that can be used. With the hot weather kicking in all children will have to wear a hat to play outside, sunscreen will also be applied if your child has senstivite skin and needs a speical brand sunscreen you will also need to pack that for them Also please remember our service only supplies morning tea fruit platters and afternoon tea which is something different everyday. We only supply lunch on speical lunch days which is $5.00 we don't supply any other food. Staff ask you pack extra snacks for your child/ren if you can
