23.01.2022 Evening All, Hoping all the washing and plaiting of all your beautiful horses is now done and they are tucked up in bed ready for a big day tomorrow. The weather looks like its is going to be kind to us with the rain holding off.... Gates Open from 7:30am Condition of entry to the club grounds and the event is that all persons entering our grounds must sign in via the QR code due to Covid-19 regulations. We will have stewards at the front gate ready and waiting to greet you and to assist you with this process. No dogs are permitted on the grounds this weekend to ensure the safety of all our riders. All riders much be signed off at the helmet checking area located near the club house prior to entering any of the events. Dressage arena will be open from 8:15am for those that would like to have their dressage test done prior to hacking commencing. Hacking classes will commence at 9:00am. Please see signs for your age group and arena allocation. Tiny tots / leg beginners will commence at 9:30am. A limited canteen will be available for water, soft drinks, poppers, sausage sizzle, egg & bacon rolls, pies and sausage rolls and a vegetarian pastie. There will also be a coffee van available for that early morning coffee hit that most of the parents will need. Once hacking is complete, the show jumping and sporting will commence. We have levels up to Medium depending on your age group! 2. Riders that turned 25 this year can still attend our championships next year - the age group is now Under 27 for 2021. 3. You can ride up to 4 tests across two days Find the schedule of events in the link below, but before you enter take note of the following: You must gain approval from your Zone Chief Instructor before entering Enter your horse details into MyPonyClub before you enter Entries are not first come first served, so don't panic! Organise your entries as above before entering. If the event needs to be balloted, your ZCI will be contacted.
