24.01.2022 Introducing our limited edition and newest creation, The Charlton! Made with a mixture of buffalo milk and cows milk, this blue cheese has a buttery and smooth texture leading to a cheese festival on the palate. It will be available through Cheese Therapy in their Fathers Day packs.

15.01.2022 This morning was filled with excitement as we were officially presented with our DIAA Championship awards by Janos Kaldy and Darryl Cardona, official representatives of the Dairy Industry Association of Australia. With our Tarwin Blue collecting seven awards including Most Outstanding Show Exhibitor in the Victorian Dairy Product Competition and Australian Dairy Product Competition.

13.01.2022 It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas! After a huge effort by our team to make as much cheese as possible in time for Christmas we took a few hours to celebrate. The Berrys Creek team and our milk producers along with their family and friends enjoyed catching up over a delicious relaxed lunch. We’d like to thank Promontory Restaurant & Winery for the delicious food and drinks. As well as Shannon Noonan for the afternoons entertainment.

13.01.2022 Buffalo Brie! Introducing Berrys Creek Buffalo Brie. Made from the buffalo milk from East Gippsland farmer Bryan at Sunrise Plains. This brie is made in the traditional style. The white velvet textured cheese is a sweet, creamy and delicate delight!

10.01.2022 Our Riverine Blue was the first Australian blue cheese made from buffalo’s milk. Its distinct ivory pate marbled with veins of blue mould is a creamy and decadent cheese.

10.01.2022 Buffalo produce premium milk that has a higher fat content than their typical dairy counterparts. This smooth and sweet milk is what gives our Riverine Blue it’s unique flavour and texture.
