25.01.2022 For those of you who have had all your running events cancled due to the pandemic or for anyone looking for a fun challenge here is one you can take part in with all proceeds going to research in spinal injuries and paraplegia! 25.01.2022 A heads up tonights 530 group session wont be going ahead (Ive a sick little on at home today) Ill see you all next thursday at normal time or feel free to get in touch for private sessions in the meantime studio session will still be going ahead today!

24.01.2022 A big shout to Jessica Anson who I asked to try and get afew 2-3km walks in during the week and then under her own steam smashed out 34.1km for the week!!! Keep at it Jess your determination is inspiring!

24.01.2022 New group training session times are coming next week with morning and evening sessions available! As of Tuesday Nov 24th there will be sessions, Tuesday at 715am and 630pm Wednesdays at 930am and 630pm... Thursdays at 715am Sessions are 10$ per person get in touch to grab a spot as class sizes will be limited Kids are allways welcome if you want to bring them along aswell Sessions are held on the foreshore on Edge water Drv in cliffton springs.



23.01.2022 Regional Vic is moving to step 3 as of Midnight tomorrow as per the road map this means training back in the studio should be back on the cards and a return to my outdoor group session of upto 10 Ill be updating as soon as Ive got some clarification so stay tuned folks!

22.01.2022 Just a quick covid19 update I WON’T be closing and most services will be running as normal! Studio session will still be going ahead for upto 2 people at a time clients will be required to use the hand clean station prioir to commencing the workouts and all surfaces and equipment will continue to be cleaned and disinfected after each session. I will no longer have gloves that can be borrowed for boxing session you will be required to bring your own.... Tuesday morning outdoor group sessions will still be going ahead as long as there is the numbers. Thursday evening outdoor group session are postponed for now due to lack of numbers. All online services are uneffected and if you need help on what to do about your training program if your gym has closed get in touch and I will help you out. If you are having any symptoms of covid19 or have come into contact with anyone who just come back from overseas or is displaying symptoms please notify me prior to coming in for a session. 21.01.2022 Hi all recently a close friend of mine whom I consider family’s mother suffered a serious stroke and Im taking part in the stride4stroke event this Nov to show my support Ive pledged to run 30km by the end of the month if you would like to donate or participate in running for a worthy cuase either would be greatly appreciated. https://www.stride4stroke.org.au/s/3214/3559/e



19.01.2022 As many of you may have allready seen Geelong and surrounding areas will have some extra restrictions in place as of midnight tonight these wont be affecting my sessions and I will continue to be opperating as normall under the restriction that are coming in and will update if there is any further changes. Also as of Sunday you will be required to wear a face mask when ever you leave the property at which you currently reside this will apply to all of Victoria, You WON’T be r...equired to wear a mask while you are training as this falls under the strenuous exercise exemption but will be required to wear one too and from you session as per state government mandates, I myself will be wearing a mask during all session as per government recomendations (with the exception of hiking sessions). All other protective measures that are allready in place will continue aswell. 18.01.2022 Hi all hope you are doing well in isolation try not to fall into the couch trap remember you can go out for a walk try and get one in daily weather permitting ofcourse and if you are looking for something more you can do to keep your fitness up at home here is a simple session you can do afew times a week at home! All you need to do is set a 6min timer on your phone Do as many sets of this as you can in 6mins x4 10x burpees 20x squats... Plank for as long as you can 10x push ups 20x russian twists 20x hip thrusts 10x reverse crunch Rest 1-2min If you have any question or would like help with keeping up your fitness through this feel free to get in touch. 17.01.2022 Congratulations to my little one Raven who took part in the running dead event for june the goal was to walk/run/cycle 1km everyday for june (outside of your normal daily routine or workouts) she did just shy of 35km for the month and earnt herself the event medal which she is very proud of and would like to show everyone!

15.01.2022 Congratulations to Donna on her 10km run for the blackdog institute today clocking in an offical time of 56:52 coming in 45th overall 16th for her gender and 2nd in her age group! Killed it again well done!

15.01.2022 I will be keep you all updated as the gov releases more conditions to the lockdown phases as of this point there will be no further changes to the way I'm running! I will also be doing my best to keep on top of relevant information in regards to covid19 to insure Berserker Training & Fitness continues to help in preventing the spread of this pandemic and have just completed Infection Control Training - COVID 19 course through the health department.

06.01.2022 Hope you are all doing well through isolation Ive seen alot of people in my feeds are doing the push up chellenge which is great fantastic cause and a good way to keep moving when you are limited in the activities you can do. But im also seeing alot of people not doing push ups with 2 major fualts im seeing over and over and they are going to end up with sore shoulders or a sore lower back I threw together this quick video to help you guys out remember elbows back and all the way to the floor then all the way up Enjoy your chellenge guys and stay safe!

03.01.2022 An interesting article on those at times elusive personal bests though written about strength training the same thoughts are posed for any pb you are chasing or stuck on. Throwing in my own two bobs if you have been training for a long time and just seemingly unable to top those pb’s whether they are strength based or getting those times down, its time to dramatically change up how you are training for awhile but keeping those same goals in mind. 03.01.2022 If the current state of covid19 has you abit worried about maintianing or improving your fitness while gyms or large group session are locked down don’t worry there are alternatives! Online training or One on One session in a private studio. One on One training is where you get the most out of having a personal trainer setting and reaching goals, My studio isnt open to the public and surfaces and equipment are wiped down and cleaned after each session!... Online training is great if you can train from home to avoid the gyms get all the support and benifits of a personal trainer and tailor made workouts through my easy to use app!
