There are so many different formats and combos when it comes to the catering for a sit down event. 2 course, 3 course, banquet, set, alternate drop, choice, share/feast style. It is so important to consider your chosen format when planning the table styling. A feast for example requires ample space in the centre of the table for share platters so opt for minimal, purposeful styling such as single stems in statement vases, a single pillar candle and feature tableware. 20.01.2022 Plan B | if last week taught us anything, it’s that a little back up plan is always a good idea. Whilst you don’t want to overwhelm yourself with a long list of what if’s or spend time trying to control the uncontrollable (um, hello weather); having some contingencies in place can’t hurt. For Georgia and Vinnie’s wedding, the strong wind was not our friend, rudely flipping the ceremony floral feature on itself. What was meant to be a vertical plinth with architectural blo...oms cascading down the front, ended up as a series of horizontal plinths and ground pieces.
