24.01.2022 Great News!! Today’s announcement by the State Government will allow a return to the golf course and driving range from Thursday 18th February. At this stage, in the absence of any official confirmation from Golf Australia, it appears we can return under the same conditions as were in place prior to this circuit breaker lockdown. Face masks must NOW be carried at all times. They remain mandatory indoors and must be worn outdoors when 1.5m physical distancing cannot be ma...intained. One thing we would request is that ALL visitors to the Golf Course & Driving Range use the QR code scanning to check in when you enter our facilities. The Club's Pro Shop will re-open for bookings from 7am on Thursday 18th February. Thanks again for your patience and we look forward to seeing you back on the course or at the Driving Range from tomorrow.

22.01.2022 In line with the Victorian government’s announcement on Sunday 18th October, the golf course will re-open from Tuesday 20th October however all other Club facilities (including the Driving Range) will remain closed until midnight on Sunday 1st November. It is anticipated that the conditions of play outlined below may change from 2nd November provided case numbers continue to remain low. The conditions under which the Club will re-open are as follows: 1/ All play will be in g...roups of 2. Only golfers that have PRE-BOOKED a starting time will be allowed to play - times can be booked through the Club's Pro Shop from 7am on Tuesday 20th October with Club members receiving priority 2/ Golfers must remain in (or next to) their cars until close to their starting time eg 8 minutes prior - there is to be NO congregating in the car park or pro shop. Golfers cannot enter the Pro Shop and must check in via the Kiosk window adjacent to the 8th Green. 3/ Maintain 1.5m SOCIAL DISTANCING & requirements AT ALL times 4/ Golfers to leave the facility immediately after completing their round there is to be NO congregating in the car park or pro shop 5/ No HIRE equipment including Motorised golf carts will be available for hire 6/ The wearing of masks remains compulsory unless you have a lawful reason. Will the MCs continue their recent run?... Can Mark Clydesdale make it 6 Men’s Open titles in a row? And will Melinda Crawford add a 3rd straight Ladies’ Championship to her collection? 20.01.2022 2021 Corporate Cup Challenge The Club held it's 11th Annual Corporate Cup Challenge last Friday 26th February and another great day was had by all who attended. 36 teams (a FULL field) battled it out on the day with the team from New Creation Print (1) (Pictured below) taking out the event shooting a 5 under 64 off the stick giving them a nett score of 52 1/6. The team from Scan Flooring finished in 2nd place shooting a 6 under 63 off the stick (nett 53).

19.01.2022 Following the announcement by the Premier today (12th February), all Victorian Golf Facilities must close from 11.59pm today until 11.59pm on Wednesday, February 17. This extends to all on premise activities including golf retail, coaching and playing. This being the case the Berwick Montuna Golf Club and Driving Range will be CLOSED during this period. We expect to be in a position to announce updates to our opening hours on the Golf course and at the Driving Range by midnight on Wednesday 17th February. Please stay safe over the next 5 days and we look forward to welcoming everyone back once this recent outbreak has been contained!

18.01.2022 In line with the Victorian Government's first and second steps of the Roadmap Out, all Club facilities will remain closed until midnight on Sunday 25th October UNLESS case numbers allow an earlier progression to Step 3. 18.01.2022 **IMPORTANT UPDATE** In accordance with State Government guidelines announced yesterday, 19 July, all visitors to Berwick Montuna Golf Club must wear a face mask from midnight Wednesday 22 July, 2020. 17.01.2022 2020 Ladies Club Championships The final round of the Ladies Club Championships was played today with Melinda Crawford claiming her 5th Ladies Championship (3rd in a row)! Melinda proved to be just too consistent over the 3 rounds, winning the event comfortably. Marie Thomas finished runner up with De'Arne Gipp slipping into 3rd place. Marie Thomas claimed the A Grade nett event from Lousie Ford, with Sylvie Wilkinson finishing 3rd. The B Grade nett event went to Ruth Johnson who finished just one shot ahead of Sheilah Harper with Bev McIntyre claiming 3rd. Pretty amazing effort from our 3 B Grade place getters considering their average age is not far short of 80! Congratulations to all of our Lady members on the success of another smooth Club Championship, with special congratulations to our 3 winners!

16.01.2022 *GOLFING UPDATE* Berwick Montuna Golf course will re-open to the public on Sunday 17 May. The Clubhouse and Driving Range remain closed at this stage. To ensure the Club complies with Covid 19 restrictions currently in place, it is imperative that all visitors to the Club are aware of the following: 1/ Only golfers that have PRE-BOOKED a starting time will be allowed to play the Club’s Pro Shop can be contacted for bookings on 9707 1887 from 6am on Thursday 14th May ...people that have not booked a tee time will not be given access to the golf course 2/ Golfers must remain in (or next to) their cars until close to their starting time eg 10 minutes prior - there is to be NO congregating in the car park or pro shop 3/ Single tee starts only from the 1st Tee 4/ Play in groups of 4 maintaining all SOCIAL DISTANCING requirements 5/ Tee times will be staggered at 10 minute intervals to reduce the opportunity for people to congregate 6/ Golfers to leave the facility immediately after completing their round there is to be NO congregating in the car park or pro shop 7/ Motorised golf carts will be unavailable until the one person per golf cart restriction is lifted 8/ Flagsticks must remain in the hole at all times inserts have been placed in the cup to allow ball removal without touching the cup 9/ Bunker Rakes have been removed players may take a preferred lie For any further details, please contact the Club on 9707 1887. 13.01.2022 **Berwick Montuna Closed** Due to the ongoing Stage 3 Covid 19 restrictions in Victoria, our Club is CLOSED until midnight on Monday 11th May 2020. This includes the course, driving range, pro shop and bistro. Despite this closure, the golf course is undergoing some major works involving large machinery. We ask that members and the public refrain from visiting the Club during business hours (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm) to ensure everyone's safety. As no major wor...k is being conducted outside these hours, the Club is allowing community members access to our newly established network of concrete paths for the purpose of exercise and walking only. The Club requests that all visits are done within the accepted social distancing guidelines. We are taking the current health crisis very seriously and our aim is to protect our staff, members and the public. Thank you for your cooperation. 12.01.2022 *GOLF UPDATE* Earlier today the Victorian Government announced easing of restrictions from midnight Tuesday 12 May. This indicates golf is back, however we are currently waiting on confirmation from Golf Australia outlining conditions under which Berwick Montana will be allowed to operate. Upon receipt of this information an official announcement will be made asap.... Until then we ask for patience. 12.01.2022 Wishing all our customers a Merry Xmas and a safe & prosperous 2021! The Driving Range will be closed on Friday 25th December and Saturday 26th December. It will remain open for normal trading hours on all other days over the Xmas/New Year period.

11.01.2022 **IMPORTANT UPDATE** During the current restrictions Berwick Montana will remain open under the following guidelines & we ask that visitors adhere to the new conditions at all times. Please note that our Driving Range is now CLOSED. 1. You must PRE-BOOK starting time to be eligible to play. To book call Pro Shop on 9707 1887. If you don’t book you will not be given access to the course.... 2. Course will be closed to NON MEMBERS on Saturdays. 3. Golfers must remain in (or next to) their cars until close to start time. NO congregating in car park or Pro Shop permitted. 4. Single tee starts only from the 1st Tee. 5. Play in groups of 2 ONLY & maintain social distancing at all times. 6. 08.01.2022 Fantastic news today that golf courses can finally reopen. The Club is now waiting on clarification from Golf Australia under what conditions the course can be reopened. At this stage we are confident that we will have golfers back from Tuesday morning. It is our understanding that the Driving Range will not reopen until Monday 2nd November however this will be confirmed over the coming days.

Please note the following conditions apply:... 1/ NO Spectators or ppectating permitted - only players hitting golf balls from a designated bay have access to the range area. 2/ ONLY 4 people permitted in the Range Service Area at any given time - please observe ENTRY signage. 3/ Observe all Social Distancing protocols as currently advised by the Victorian Department of Health. 5/ Practice all Personal Hygiene protocols as currently advised by the Victorian Department of Health. 6/ We ask each patron and visitor to provide their first name and telephone number to assist the health department with contact tracing if required.
