07.01.2022 CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) In response to the recent Coronavirus outbreak, we have implemented the following processes in accordance with VACC and Dept. of Health guidelines Door handles in and out, gear sticks, steering wheels, controls and keys are wiped down with disinfectant prior to and post repair... Gloves are worn at all times when working on your vehicle and during handover to our customers Workshop entry is restricted to clients and staff only For your peace of mind, we have implemented contactless drop off and pick up before or after hours, with payments and all aspects of repairs made over the phone. In some circumstances we can arrange to collect your vehicle from home where necessary. Please call or email, if you have further enquiries. We will work with you during this difficult time.

05.01.2022 R.I.P. JOHN WORRELL, the name, the man, the company, formally WORRELLS MOTORS OF TOORAK. Synonymous for prestige, pride, outstanding service from humble beginnings. John Worrell was a savvy business man who knew the value of keeping the people of Toorak Village happy and on the road. He provided outstanding personal service to each and every customer and distilled these values in his staff members. Through these values of looking after each and every customer first, every...thing else fell in line. This made his early humble workshop in Carters Ave Toorak a roaring success in the years to come. The site today would not be what it is without the foundation John Worrell built with passion and determination. He was an approachable man with a kind spirit and a keen business head. He reminded us each Christmas Party of his humble beginnings taking the workshop over from his Father and making it a great success. He never forgot the hard work it took to become truly successful. He was also a generous man who strived to keep his staff happy. He was a well revered member of Toorak Village, those who new him spoke highly of his success and character. No more so than Leno and Eamon who began their careers at Worrells in the 1980s hired by John himself. Leno and Eamon have held Johns values for a lifetime working their way up at Worrells Motors from apprentice mechanics all the way up to senior management roles later on in their careers. They even uphold these values today in their own workshop in Berwick. Condolences to the Worrell family, it is a great loss but we are comforted by his many memories which live in us all forever. Rest in Peace. See more
