20.01.2022 This week in particular has been an amazing week of very positive feedback from many happy clients - woohoo!!! One of them called me to say after 3 years he is still smoke free and feeling on top of the world.....after quitting cigarettes, he saw me for weight reduction and was very excited to let me know he has released a total of 20 kilo's to date!!! He has so much more energy than what he has had in a long time and is able to easily keep up with his 3 and 5 year old children who love the fact they now have a very fit happy and healthy dad. Yep, when people fear putting on weight after smoking, it is just a fear, it doesn't have to mean it has to be real or true! I love hearing from my clients and it always gives me the greatest high!!! I love what I do!
