15.01.2022 BALANCE ~ how can we achieve it? How do we find a steady flow of ‘doing’ & ‘being’ Find some tips below Honour your true authentic self - life’s too short to be doing things you don’t want to do, if something doesn’t serve your highest good say NO thanks! Don’t burn out ~ it’s okay to rest, reflect & recover Move your body, quiet your mind ~ meditation!... Find your purpose ~ yes you have a purpose Connect with Mother Nature ~ isn’t she beautiful! Lastly, have fun. Laugh, smile & enjoy the small things in life By practising the above you will feel more ‘full’ & less drained energetically. Balance will naturally come when you honour all the true parts of yourself and live accordingly. Some days it still takes awareness to recognise you need a break, don’t forget to listen to that. Love always, Natalie See more

10.01.2022 MY NEW ADVENTURE ~ little did I know that this little moment right here would ironically bring me towards my new current adventure!! Breastfeeding is something I struggled with due to low milk supply, this lead to me needing to use formula, which led to many Tummy upsets for Milena! I had a terrible feeling about every can I brought, read the ingredients and CRINGED. So many restless nights, so many tears and guilty moments because I felt I wasn’t enough, her projectile vomit... telling me she couldn’t handle what I was giving her. 4 months in I discovered LittleOak!!@littleoakcompany They helped me ease into Motherhood and their product changed my life. I wish to use my passion, dedication and admiration towards this company to fuel my motivation to change other mothers lives. Im proud to start my journey with them as of tomorrow! Your looking at their new Customer Service Executive! More than just a job, my absolute DREAM Thankyou @littleoakcompany for this amazing opportunity! I can’t wait to begin See more

07.01.2022 ALL IN THE NAME OF SCIENCE ~ like everything in life there is always more than one side, a contrast, a balance and you could say with science the balance trying to be maintained GOOD & EVIL Medical progress can save lives but sometimes scientists let the hope of a breakthrough get in the way of ethics. Let’s look at the history... 1. Guatemala had experiments done there in the 1940s that involved infecting prisoners and individuals with mental illnesses with syphilis. In t...he name of science! 2. Josef Mengele, an SS physician at Auschwitz used to test treatments for infectious diseases and chemical warfare. Others were forced into freezing temperatures and low-pressure chambers. Countless prisoners were subjected to experimental sterilization procedures. One woman had her breasts tied off with string so SS doctors could see how long it took her baby to starve! 3. Let’s do one more. Throughout the 1930s and 1940s, the Japanese Imperial Army conducted biological warfare and medical testing on civilians, mostly in China. The death toll of these brutal experiments is unknown, but as many as 200,000 may have died, according to a 1995 New York Times report. (Ref. https://www.google.com.au//13002-7-absolutely-evil-medical) We all the know and appreciate the GOOD side of science... Anaesthesia (1846) ... Germ theory (1861) ... Medical imaging (1895) ... Penicillin (1928) ... Organ transplants (1954) ... Stem cell therapy (1970s) ... Immunotherapy (1970s) ... To name a few...but here’s my thought provoking statement. Why is it that in this day and age we are so naive and quick to assume all science is equal and used for good when history has proven time and time again there is always another side? An evil side. Why is it that as soon as you question it, your labeled as anti-vax, crazy, stupid, uneducated? The history tells us there is always another side. If we don’t acknowledge this, we could end up in the history books for the wrong reasons. You can appreciate vaccines but still question them, you can appreciate chemo but also look into alternative therapies. See more
