09.01.2022 FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN A TIME OF UNCERTAINTY We find ourselves in unprecedented times with a level of uncertainty never seen before. The rate of change is unparalleled, with each day presenting us with new challenges to overcome. Now more than ever we must stick together and provide as much support as possible to those in need.... Over the past week a number of measures have been announced by the National & State Governments and the lenders themselves to help support those suffering financial hardship. These include: A new raft of low fixed rates (around 2.2-2.40%) to allow customers to secure a lower rate and lower monthly repayments Substantial reductions in variable and fixed interest rates for small business, some as much as 2% A variety of government grants and stimulus to support small businesses with a view of keeping as many of us employed as possible And importantly, the ability to defer home loan and business lending payments for up to 6 months for those suffering financial hardship We have a large panel of lender partners and they all have a different process to implement these changes and asses eligibility for the hardship measures. We are receiving new information and daily updates from the lenders, so with this in mind, we encourage you to reach out to myself or your Bespoke Finance Group representative to discuss your options and help plan for the challenging times ahead we are here to help you and will provide any assistance or advice we can. We are all in this together lets support each other in this time of need.

05.01.2022 Bespoke Finance Group has been a proud sponsor of the Swanny Ocean Classic since 2017 a 2.2k multi-sport event between Cottesloe and Swanbourne Beach. The event is run by Swanbourne Nedlands Surf Life Saving Club who do a fantastic job both on the day and year-round keeping our beaches safe. This event also acts as the club's major annual fundraising event with long term goal of completing vital building upgrades which will significantly improve facilities for a club whose... membership has more than doubled in the last 10 years.
