At bespoke we have a wide range of ages that come to the salon so making sure that we dont carry ANY virus is very important to us for the best care for all of our clients. Will will NOT be making appointments for clients that did not have an appointment during that time until everyone that had an appointment is sorted.... We will NOT be accepting new clients until after Christmas at the earliest. We are sorry to all new clients wanting to come to us, but we struggling to find space for existing clients. Please be very patient with us whist we navigate the many challenges that Covid has given us, and please be super kind to our staff. We cannot accept non vaccinated clients! We send out 24hr confirmation text prior to your appointment this is very important that you read the text as it says who your appointment is with, the time and date, after reading you must reply with only either yes or no. If you reply to the message saying yes but dont come to your appointment, or are a no show a cancellation fee will apply. If you are booking in a big appointment example (full head foils) or (keratin smoothing) a deposit must be made before you appointment day. 17.01.2022 We just wanted to touch base with our salon family as a lot of salons are starting to reopen. We believe as a salon we should be grouped in the same category as the beauty profession, and until they are back operating, we too will remain closed. During this time, we as a salon are undertaking online education so as to still be able to provide the most amazing and luxurious services for you.... We are meeting as a salon weekly via messenger and in contact constantly to support each other. 10.01.2022 5 years ago today I opened Bespoke. Its been one of the most amazing, rewarding and challenging times in my life and I wouldnt change it. (well, maybe the Covid part!) So many wonderful people have come through the door in that time and Im grateful to have meet them all.... We have done a lot of great hair and even won a business award! The people I work with are the most glorious group of talented, creative and compassionate women and I adore each and every one of them, I feel so privileged to work with each of you. 10.01.2022 Going back to work Good morning everyone We are heading back to work as of Tuesday 12th May. We are super excited to tend to your iso hair ... We have put into place new safety measures to ensure that we and all of our beautiful clients are safe. Please see below; *To begin with, we will have limited staff working. *We will endeavour to contact clients that missed an appointment during lockdown, forgive us if me miss you as some were cancelled in the system. *Staff will be wearing face masks and clients are expected to provide and wear their own masks (no mask, no appointment). *We will have no one waiting on the couch and no extra guests with clients. *If you have an appointment we ask that you wait in the car at the time of your appointment and we will call you when we are ready for you. *After every appointment all surfaces will be disinfected. *We will not be accepting cash, card only. *We will be taking these measures very seriously and are so looking forward to when things can return to normal. 09.01.2022 It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I tell you all that we are closing, effective immediately. It is IMPOSSIBLE to impose the social distancing rule in a hairdressing salon, so to protect my family, staff, clients and the greater community we are closed. This is not a decision taken lightly, I cant tell you how hard it was to tell my staff (the people that rely on me for stability at work and for work) that I have to stand them down. They now have to join the ever ...growing queue at Centrelink. I dont know how long we will be closed for, but as soon as this horrible thing is over, we will be back to do the thing we love, your hair. God knows well all need hairdos by then. Please try not to call the salon, just assume that your appointment is cancelled until I post on here that were open again. I will call you today if you have an appointment this week. Please, if you are over 70, stay home, if you are under 70, STAY HOME to protect the vulnerable in our community. Call your elderly relatives and friend and see if they need medication or groceries.
