All you need apart from the coffee is: - 4 cups (200ml-250ml each and ideally the same type of cup) - 2 soup/dessert spoon... - a 1L+ Kettle We'll take it nice and easy, but if you've get yourself setup so you can see and hear the stream while accessing your cups, coffee and kettle in advance that will make it even easier. This Rwanda from @slidecoffee tastes like honeycomb w/milk (soy & maca as well), with an aniseed/cacao/lemongrass vibe drunk black . We've still got dregs of the amazinggg Timor Leste natural running through our batch brewer by @passportspecialty... We'll mourn it's loss when we see it go.

Many of our clientele are working from home & it is not viable to trade for a full day. We appreciate the surrounding businesses taking the virus seriously so we must also adapt. 13.01.2022 Out of the devastation of the fires around Australia, our hearts have been lifted by the caring and generous response from so many folks. Joining businesses and... communities around the country in their fundraising efforts, on 17th Jan we supported 36 of our wonderful cafes in the Coffee For Fire Relief event and collectively we've raised over $15,994.29! We just want to say a huge THANKYOU to our cafe family and their extended customers for their efforts and support of those in need. Sending massive props to so many of our coffee industry peers who have also rallied to pitch in their own efforts. Makes us be proud to be part of this broader community. These funds have already headed towards Australian Red Cross, The Salvation Army Australia, CFA (Country Fire Authority) and NSW Rural Fire Service. Remember though, the need is not over: keep looking out for each other and lending a helping hand where you can. 13.01.2022 Our COVID-19 strategy: To help delay transmission, we are: - Pausing the acceptance of reusable cups - Pausing the use of dine-in cups/wares... The safety of our community is our highest priority. We have therefore decided to make these changes in order to help manage the spread of COVID-19. We are very aware that the delay of transmission is vital in ensuring our health system can cope and we will act to assist with that. We have already increased hygiene awareness and practices for staff, providing sanitiser at the counter and increasing cleaning and sanitisation of the store. But we now believe bigger changes are necessary. As the situation is changing rapidly please know that we will continue to make whatever decision is required for community safety. We are optimistic that this will be a tough but temporary situation and look forward to your continued support during this time and into the future. Can we still dine in? You are welcome, and encouraged, to please continue to dine in with us if you are not exhibiting any symptoms. Please advise us if you are dining in and we will not apply a lid. What about my reusable cup discount? Bring the band from your cup, or the cup itself, and we will continue to apply a 20c discount. We are temporarily reducing the [bunker] cup discount to 20c to offset the increase in costs. How can I pay? Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple/Google/Samsung Pay, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay and AliPay Will you be passing on the cost of card/digital payment? No. The menu price is the price. Why dont we just let everyone catch it? Depending on your sources up to 15% of people require hospitalisation and 5% require intensive care. Slowing/stopping transmission is vital to ensure our health system can cope. What about the environmental impact? As a business where being environmentally best practice is a core value this is no easy decision. For now our community safety must come first. Please place your cups and lid in the dedicated bins for composting/recycling. How long will this last? As long as it is in the public interest. Thanks for your support! We can do this!
