17.01.2022 Dear Customers, Recently we have had one or two customers complain about delayed or non delivery of their purchase. Postage both internationally and locally has been much longer this year. We do our best to look after our customers. Also remember we use PayPal so your money is secure, should our product not arrive your money is safe. Also for a short period we had a couple of staff issues, and illness which was also challenging. We pride ourselves on our product successfully... sold to Podiatrists, Pharmacies, Health Shops, a distributor in the United Kingdom, and next year one in the United States. We apologise to the few customers who had delays with their orders this year and we are sorry you were the ones out of thousands of sales that had issues with your delivery. We now have in place a new system for ensuring customers get the best possible customer service. On our website we offer registered post, which ensures your item is tracked so that you know where it is and it is also insured should it have been damaged in transit or stolen. It seems more expensive but worth it for peace of mind. We still offer standard postage as only very few parcels go missing and a good proportion of our customers use this service. As usual we will strive to do our best, we have been operating online since 2012 and rarely have had any issues. Of course we are human behind the webpages and so on occasion fair sailing in rough water causes problems. We look forward to helping people treat their chilblains as we have done from the outset and once again apologise to those few customers whose experience with receiving their product on time was not adequate. Kindest Regards The Team @ Bestchilblainstreatment.com
