We are seeking expressions of interest for Support Workers to work at BEST Community Connections, a service for adults with disabilities who have moderate to high support needs. ... Our mission is to provide excellent services to people with disabilities, focused on person centered planning, inclusiveness and independence. Location will be Inverell and Warialda. What are we looking for? Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude Experience and/or commitment to working with people with a disability Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as with minimum supervision Demonstrated experience or understanding of working with people with challenging behaviours Demonstrated ability to identify and develop community resources for people with a disability. Our support workers are an integral part of the BEST Community Connections team, helping to support people to have the best life possible. Are you interested?
